11. When I log into RecQuery TC I get ASP error 0115.
Symptom
When trying to connect to the RecQuery TC web site, 'ASP error 0115' is displayed.
Cause
Unknown.
Solution
Start Internet Service Manager, right click on the RecQuery TC web and select properties. Click on the 'Home Directory' TAB. Place tick in the 'Run in separate memory space' check box as shown below.
Stop and then restart the RecQuery TC web service for the changes to take effect.
