with us and we are committed to maintaining that trust. We have developed

GMB collects personal and company information from its customers only if
it is relevant to our business relationship with you. We collect and
manage this information when you send us email, complete any of our
online forms or faxes, or through telephone contact. The personal

address, phone number, website address and on occasions credit card

During the course of our business relationship, your company database

GMB collects information by asking you for it, for example, when you
order a service and/or software. make an enquiry, enroll on a course or
respond to a survey. A customer's name, address (postal and email) and
telephone number are the most important pieces of information but we
might request other information, based on, for example, the service(s)
being ordered or promoted.
We do not collect any information from you other than the personal
and company information described above. GMB do not use
"cookies" to collect information about you from our website.
How we use Information
GMB uses the personally identifiable information we collect principally to
provide you with the service(s) and/or software you have ordered and to
let you know about other offerings which may be of interest to you. Postal
and email address information, for example, enables communication about
services offered and ordered, as well a the proper provisioning and
charging of those services.
What Information about you is shared
Like most businesses today, GMB use Distributors and Third Party
Suppliers to carry out certain functions in marketing and delivering
services to you. As a consequence, data is shared with them to the
extent necessary for them to perform their work. We bind these companies, through contractual agreements, to the same standard as
ourselves so that the information is used only for the purpose(s) for
which it was shared and is protected from any further use.
We will disclose personal information to comply with valid legal
processes such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, or to
protect our rights and property. We will disclose information when we
believe in good faith that the law requires it.

GMB will use up to date techniques and processes to ensure that your
