What's new this month in Support?

Knowledgeone is shipping soon. This month you will be receiving our new Knowledgeone product if you have a current "ASU". A one-button conversion process is provided to upgrade from RecFind. K1 is designed to sit beside RecFind while you become familiar with it. More details will be provided with your shipment. In the meantime any questions can be directed to support@gmbsupport.com.

All GMB Customers are allocated a customer number. The customer number can be found on most correspondence received from GMB or from the Help: About screen within RecFind for Windows.

The PIN is allocated to customers automatically when they purchase support incidents. If you currently have a Pay-Per-Incident Support Service contract but are unsure of the PIN, please contact support@gmbsupport.com to request PIN reminder.

Please note that this is still charged as an incident and should not be confused with "Free e-mail support". This service will receive priority and we will phone you if necessary to discuss the issue. "Free e-mail support" (available here) is for low-priority issues and the only form of correspondence provided will be via e-mail.
