GMB Rebrands to Better Define Company
Sydney, August 1, 2005: GMB today formally announced the
rebranding of its company name to Knowledgeone Corporation.
GMB's CEO, Frank McKenna said, "We have formed the new
corporation as the final step in the re-inventing of GMB that began some
three years ago. This reinvention process has encompassed many things
including a move to new corporate offices and the design and development
of our new generation knowledge management product Knowledgeone
K1".
"The new corporate name aligns the company, the core product and
our core industry in 2005 and beyond; knowledge management. Importantly,
the new name clearly positions us in the worldwide market as a
